About the job
Performs physical design, integration, and verification for high-performance, low-power CPUs, including chip-level implementation and tapeout signoff.
What you'll do
- Own chip-level place and route, final CPU layout database construction, and physical design verification.
- Plan floorplans, optimize area, partition blocks, place pins, and evaluate routability and power grids.
- Integrate CPU custom layouts and IPs, collaborate on signoff closure, and develop integration flows and automation scripts.
