Analyzes and projects CPU power across microarchitecture, RTL, physical design, and technology, identifying opportunities to recover power in high-performance designs.
What you'll do
- Estimate power impacts of new microarchitectural features and generate power rollups and projections throughout project development.
- Analyze power contributions and identify recovery opportunities in physical implementation and RTL.
- Develop and refine power projections that account for implementation and convergence costs.
