Analyzes and projects CPU power across the design lifecycle, identifying power-recovery opportunities in microarchitecture, RTL, and physical implementation.
What you'll do
- Estimate power impacts of new microarchitectural features and generate power rollups and projections from initial through mature netlists.
- Analyze power contributions to identify recovery opportunities in physical implementation and RTL.
- Develop and refine power projections that account for convergence and implementation costs.
