Verifies, characterizes, and tunes CPU performance across pre-silicon models and silicon, collaborating with hardware, software, OS, and compiler teams.
What you'll do
- Develop performance test plans, tests, tools, checkers, and coverage monitors to verify CPU features and correlate RTL with performance models.
- Analyze workloads and benchmarks, debug performance issues, and tune CPU performance across silicon, OS, and compiler versions.
- Maintain performance models and present performance results to cross-functional teams.
