Verifies, characterizes, and tunes CPU performance across pre-silicon designs and silicon, collaborating with hardware and software teams to debug and improve performance.
What you'll do
- Develop performance test plans, tests, tools, checkers, and coverage monitors for CPU verification and correlation.
- Analyze benchmarks and software performance, debug bottlenecks, and tune performance across silicon, OS, and compiler versions.
- Maintain architectural performance models and present results to cross-functional teams.
