What you'll do
- Develop and execute test plans, tests, coverage monitors, checkers, and assertions for power management and clock control logic.
- Root-cause verification failures and work with architecture, RTL design, silicon bring-up, and debug teams.
- Apply formal verification and support tests in simulation, emulation, and FPGA environments.
