Verifies CPU power management and clock-control logic through test development, simulation, emulation, formal methods, and silicon debug.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute verification test plans, tests, coverage monitors, checkers, transactors, and assertions.
- Root-cause failures and collaborate with architecture, RTL design, and silicon bringup teams on fixes and debug.
- Develop tests for emulation and FPGA environments and analyze coverage against planned test cases.
