Validates Apple CPU designs by developing test content, bringing up validation tools on pre- and post-silicon platforms, and debugging functional failures.
What you'll do
- Create CPU validation test plans and develop test content and software workloads to cover and stress CPU features.
- Maintain and improve random test generators to support CPU architectural and microarchitectural features.
- Bring up and run silicon validation tools on FPGAs and development boards, and debug functional failures with Design and DV teams.
