Evaluates early-stage process technologies for CPU physical design, using experiments and analysis to improve performance, power, and area (PPA).
What you'll do
- Run RTL-to-GDS experiments through synthesis and place-and-route to evaluate process technologies.
- Analyze physical-design results and identify improvements across technology, libraries and memory, tools and methodology, and RTL.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technology issues and improve PPA.
