About the job
Monitors Apple data center critical infrastructure, responds to alarms and incidents, and coordinates maintenance, communications, and vendor activity to keep facilities operating safely and reliably.
What you'll do
- Monitor facility control systems, identify critical events, and lead incident response using emergency procedures and escalation policies.
- Maintain logs, reports, work orders, and change requests; perform or ensure daily rounds and system health checks.
- Coordinate FOC communications, shift handovers, and work with facilities teams, vendors, and contractors.
What they ask for
- 2+ years experience with EPMS, BMS and/or FLS controls systems.
- 2+ years of experience in critical facilities, data center environments, industrial plant operations, mission-critical operations center, or military technical ratings (e.g., Navy Nuclear/EM/ET/MM, Navy GSM, USAF mechanical/electrical).
- Experience with maintenance management tools such as Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or similar, and exposure to mechanical, electrical, and fire life safety systems.
- Ability to meet physical, temperature, shift, and overtime requirements stated in the posting.
