Develop and support DFT and ATPG CAD flows and solutions for Apple silicon design projects.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement DFT and ATPG flows and contribute to DFT architecture with design teams.
- Verify DFT implementations; support tools and infrastructure for structural test vector generation and coverage improvement.
- Work with DFT designers on STA, physical, power, and logical issues, and drive vendor engagements.
