Develop and support DFT and ATPG CAD flows and infrastructure for Apple silicon design projects.
What you'll do
- Develop DFT and ATPG flows and help implement DFT architecture with design teams.
- Verify DFT implementations, support test-vector generation, and analyze and improve coverage.
- Resolve DFT-related timing, physical, power, and logical issues; coordinate with DFT and ATPG vendors.
