What you'll do

  • Collaborate with system architects and analog and digital teams to define model specifications; develop models from schematics and design specs.
  • Build mixed-signal testbenches, integrate models, and develop verification plans; run regressions and debug cross-domain corner cases.
  • Compare model accuracy and performance with transistor-level SPICE simulations and improve modeling methodologies.

What they ask for

  • Bachelor of Science degree.
  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with mixed-signal behavioral modeling, digital design and RTL, analog circuits, or industry-standard simulation and verification tools.
