Director, Software Test Engineering & Quality Assurance

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a large, globally distributed quality organization across multiple disciplines and functions.
• Set and execute a unified strategy for automation, performance, security, and manual testing across diverse technology environments.
• Modernize QA infrastructure, integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, and track quality KPIs to improve reliability and release outcomes.

What they ask for

• 15+ years of experience in software portfolio management, quality engineering, test strategy, and/or related technical disciplines, including 7+ years leading large, globally distributed quality or engineering organizations.
• Track record of building, scaling, or transforming engineering or testing functions across multiple geographies and technology domains.
• Expertise in testing enterprise applications, cloud-native systems, mobile platforms, legacy architectures, and AI/ML pipelines; demonstrated ability to replace manual testing with scalable automation and API testing methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience leading testing across multiple domains and multi-stack environments, including enterprise IT, supply chain, customer support, cloud-native SaaS, mobile, legacy systems, and AI/ML.
• Experience consolidating or establishing large-scale quality organizations or shared services functions.

$259,900 and $416,200 (base salary range)
