Ensures DRAM memories are successfully integrated with SoC devices by validating requirements, simulations, testing, and defect analysis.
What you'll do
- Work with design, verification, and integration engineers to define memory controller and PHY requirements, including DRAM corner cases.
- Collaborate with Architecture, MCU, DDRPHY, and DRAM vendors; ensure simulations and silicon/package-level testing meet requirements.
- Debug RMA material with apparent DRAM-related defects.
