Provides employee-relations advice and direction to Apple Retail and AppleCare leaders, managers, and employees, handling investigations, sensitive workplace issues, compliance, and proactive programs.
What you'll do
- Resolve complex and sensitive employee-relations issues; advise leadership on matters such as harassment, business conduct, terminations, and HR policies.
- Review employee-related decisions, investigate potential misconduct and policy violations, and conduct workplace-violence assessments with response plans.
- Develop employee-relations programs and training, and use ER metrics to identify trends and inform proactive strategies.
