Engineering Program Manager, OS Programs - Apple Intelligence Operations

What you'll do

• Gather and prioritize model requirements and guide feature teams through onboarding, APIs, tooling, and best practices.
• Coordinate model bringup, rollout, and adoption across AIML, infrastructure, and feature teams.
• Manage schedules, dependencies, risks, roadmaps, and processes across concurrent efforts.

What they ask for

• 3-5+ years of experience as a technical software Project or Program Manager, ideally supporting ML/AI or model-focused teams.
• Experience leading and shipping complex cross-functional technical projects and quickly learning new technologies.
• Hands-on experience with software development practices and/or the machine learning model lifecycle (training, evaluation, deployment).
• Experience with large language models, foundation models, or other generative AI systems; strong understanding of on-device and server model infrastructure and deployment constraints.

Nice to have

• Strong communication skills and a track record of defining processes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority; familiarity with machine learning models, infrastructure, and APIs.

Pay

USD $144,600 to $263,800 base salary
