Performs pre-silicon DFT verification for GPU cores and supports silicon bring-up.
What you'll do
- Review specifications, develop verification plans, and verify DFT implementation with designers.
- Build test benches, run simulations and checks, debug failures, and close coverage.
- Support verification automation and regressions, manage schedules, and help bring up test patterns on silicon.
Nice to have
- Experience with large processor and/or GPU/SOC designs; hands-on directed or random verification, coverage analysis, and assertions.
- Proficiency in Perl, Python, or TCL; strong object-oriented programming skills and understanding of DFT design verification methodologies.
