About the job
Design and develop customized interconnect technologies and charging accessories for Apple products, working with cross-functional teams to resolve design challenges.
What you'll do
- Design high-speed and high-power interconnects, wireless interfaces, and charging accessories.
- Balance program needs and design tradeoffs, and drive solutions in a dynamic cross-functional environment.
- Communicate technical concepts and coordinate with teams including Industrial Design, Hardware Engineering, and Signal Integrity.

- Fluency in 3D CAD software and ability to design cosmetic and structural plastic and metal components.
- Experience with design for manufacturability and design for assembly, plus statistical tolerance analysis, functional dimensioning, and geometric tolerancing.
- Ability to travel internationally (20%+).
Nice to have
- Consumer electronics product design; connector design, ingress protection, corrosion, or signal integrity experience.
- Experience with inductive power transfer, antenna design, magnets, overseas manufacturers, or high-volume manufacturing; Mandarin language skills.

$150,400 and $225,300 (USD base salary)
