Runs and maintains engineering labs supporting hardware tests and experiments, with responsibility for safety, equipment, operations, and eventual technician team leadership.
What you'll do
- Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain lab equipment; run test protocols and analyze data.
- Manage lab operations, including safety, inventory, procurement, budgets, layouts, installations, and documentation.
- Serve as the technical escalation point and eventually hire, onboard, mentor, and manage lab technicians.
