What you'll do
- Create learner-centered programs across instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended formats; develop learning content and materials.
- Partner with program leads and subject matter experts to set objectives and translate business needs into learning solutions.
- Build evaluation into program design, improve programs using feedback and outcomes, and explore AI and emerging learning technologies.
