Manager, Engineering Program Management - Ai & Data Platforms (AiDP)

What you'll do

• Build and manage a team of senior Engineering Program Managers, including hiring, development, performance, and succession planning.
• Set strategy and operating processes, and oversee a portfolio of 30+ concurrent programs, prioritizing investment, headcount, and cloud spend.
• Lead infrastructure programs and track business impact through metrics including usage, cost avoidance, cost per user, and reliability.

• 8+ years of technical program management in engineering organizations.
• 4+ years managing people, including senior EPMs or technical program managers.
• Track record owning a large, cross-functional infrastructure or data platform portfolio with director-level visibility.
• Strong technical understanding of database and data platform architecture; experience shaping strategy, managing budgets or headcount, and influencing senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience with private or hybrid cloud, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, build and release systems, FinOps, or TCO modeling.
• EPM function growth, agile project management, software development, or hands-on software engineering or SRE background.

Pay

$212,600 and $319,800 (base salary range)
