What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of experienced product managers.
• Define the customer feature roadmap and co-define the personalization platform and its capabilities with platform, engineering, and machine learning teams.
• Drive discovery, requirements, and end-to-end delivery of AI-powered recommendations, lifecycle marketing, dynamic merchandising, and continuous experimentation.

Pay

$183,700 and $319,800 USD base salary
