Leads battery manufacturing process development with suppliers, ensuring designs can be produced consistently at high volume and meet specifications.
What you'll do
- Review module designs and specifications, provide Design for Manufacturing feedback, and assess fabrication strategies.
- Plan and lead experiments and validation activities; analyze results and make technical recommendations.
- Work with suppliers on process controls, production readiness, issue resolution, and improvements including robotics and automation.
