What you'll do
- Plan and execute development builds and rapid ramps, coordinating engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and contract manufacturers on readiness at OEM sites.
- Drive phase-gate NPI program management and ramp readiness, including materials, equipment, fixtures, training, documentation, and supply chain plans.
- Manage NPI equipment buy-off and validation schedules, assess risks, and lead process, quality, yield, and equipment performance improvements.
