What you'll do
- Plan and execute development builds and rapid ramps, coordinating readiness at OEM sites.
- Drive phase-gate NPI program management and ramp-readiness plans for materials, equipment, training, documentation, and supply chain.
- Manage schedules and risks for NPI equipment buy-off and validation, and drive process, quality, yield, and equipment improvements.
