Design and bring sustainable structural packaging for Apple products from initial prototypes through mass production, ensuring performance, manufacturability, and customer experience.
What you'll do
- Design packaging architecture and document parts and assemblies using 2D and 3D CAD; conduct materials, stress, and failure analyses.
- Build prototypes to evaluate concepts and validate packaging performance, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to refine designs.
- Support engineering builds, investigate failures, and optimize packaging for function, appearance, and manufacturability.
