Enables the People Business Partner organization by managing workforce planning, COE partnerships, operational tools and processes, and AI adoption.
What you'll do
- Manage the PBP headcount model, mapping, and planning insights; identify capacity risks and recommend improvements.
- Build tools and processes that strengthen PBP–COE partnerships and consistency across business areas.
- Lead PBP systems, dashboards, process improvement, automation, and AI enablement.
