Leads the discovery, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled workflows across People functions, partnering with business and engineering teams to improve operations responsibly.
What you'll do
- Assess and prioritize People workflows for AI automation, linking opportunities to business value, risk, and measurable outcomes.
- Configure, operationalize, and monitor AI workflows and agents, including governance controls, testing, documentation, and support.
- Partner across People, engineering, governance, security, and platform teams; support adoption through rollout planning, enablement, and training.
