Performs physical design of high-performance PHYs from RTL through final GDSII, collaborating with architecture, CAD, timing, and logic design teams.

- Perform place and route and close designs to timing, area, and power constraints; implement ECOs to address violations.
- Run physical design verification and support methodology and chip-integration flow development.
