Develops and verifies power-integrity solutions for Apple SoCs, including power-delivery architecture, modeling, implementation, and lab validation across die, package, module, board, and system levels.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end power-integrity studies and modeling to meet impedance, voltage-droop, and noise specifications.
- Provide implementation guidance to silicon, package, system-design, and other cross-functional teams.
- Correlate models with hardware and study floorplans, droop mitigation, voltage regulators, and system mockups.
