Develops, implements, simulates, and verifies SoC power-integrity and end-to-end power-delivery solutions for Apple devices, including lab measurement and hardware correlation.
What you'll do
- Define PDN architectures and model, simulate, and characterize power delivery across die, interposer, package, board, and voltage regulator.
- Conduct end-to-end simulations and feasibility studies, and provide implementation guidance to silicon, package, and system teams.
- Verify power integrity through lab measurements, model-to-hardware correlation, and analysis of SoC droop topics.
