Develops and industrializes electronic module packaging processes and materials for sensing products, from concept through high-volume production with manufacturing partners.
What you'll do
- Define packaging equipment, materials, and process flows; develop new processes from proof of concept to production.
- Work with design, reliability, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to resolve integration issues and deliver projects.
- Use FMEA and simulation to identify and validate process and design impacts; hand off projects to operations.
