Product Manager, Employee Experience & Productivity

What you'll do

• Set product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; lead cross-functional product development from discovery through launch.
• Partner with stakeholders and use data and employee insights to align products with business priorities and improve impact.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate products and use AI capabilities, including building prototypes with AI tools.

What they ask for

• 3+ years in product management, leading product development from concept to launch and shipping products at scale.
• 4+ years working cross-functionally with software engineering, UX Design, or other technical teams.
• 4+ years delivering products supporting media content production workflows in Music, Business Affairs, Marketing, or Digital Apps Distribution & Supply Chain.
• BS or MS in computer science, information management, or a technical field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience designing, shipping, or integrating AI-powered tools and experiences that augment employee productivity.
• Experience managing and rationalizing a product portfolio, identifying redundancy, and driving consolidation.

Pay

USD $137,500 to $207,100 base salary

AI focus

Use AI capabilities to identify product ecosystem consolidation and synergy opportunities, and leverage AI tools to build prototypes; preferred experience includes designing, shipping, or integrating AI-powered productivity tools.
