Product Manager, Employee Experience & Productivity

What you'll do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; lead cross-functional development from discovery through launch.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align products with priorities and use data and employee insights to improve impact.
• Evaluate product consolidation opportunities and use AI tools and capabilities, including to build prototypes.

What they ask for

• 3+ years in product management, leading product development from concept to launch and shipping products at scale.
• 4+ years working cross-functionally with software engineering, UX Design, or other technical teams.
• 4+ years delivering products for media content production workflows in Legal, Business Affairs, Marketing, or Digital Apps Distribution & Supply Chain.
• BS or MS in computer science, information management, or a technical field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience designing, shipping, or integrating AI-powered tools and experiences that augment employee productivity.
• Experience managing product portfolios, vendor-managed products, and roadmaps.

Pay

$137,500 and $207,100 USD base salary

AI focus

Leverage AI capabilities to identify product consolidation opportunities and use AI tools to build prototypes; preferred experience includes designing, shipping, or integrating AI-powered tools that augment employee productivity.
