Product Manager, Employee Experience & Productivity

What you'll do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; lead initiatives from discovery through launch.
• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align products with priorities and measure impact.
• Evaluate the product portfolio for consolidation opportunities and use AI tools to build prototypes.

What they ask for

• 3+ years in product management, leading product development from concept to launch and shipping products at scale.
• 4+ years working cross-functionally with software engineering, UX Design, or other technical teams.
• 4+ years delivering products supporting media content production workflows in Business Affairs, Marketing, or Digital Apps Distribution & Supply Chain.
• BS or MS in computer science, information management, or a technical field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience designing, shipping, or integrating AI-powered tools and experiences that augment employee productivity.
• Experience managing and rationalizing a product portfolio, including identifying redundancy and driving consolidation.

Pay

USD $144,600 to $218,000 base salary; USD $137,500 to $207,100 base salary
