Program Manager (Strategic Programs Lead), Worldwide Sales & Operations Support

What you'll do

• Manage program scope, schedules, dependencies, and workstream readiness; identify schedule gaps and critical-path risks.
• Maintain program communications and a single source of truth for status, risks, decisions, portfolio reporting, and cross-program impacts.
• Train and mentor program team members on delivery practices and step into critical delivery roles when needed.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Law, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional program or portfolio management, ideally in a regulated, compliance-driven environment.
• 3+ years in readiness management, scope management, scheduling, resource planning, and execution governance across large-scale global programs.
• 3+ years building and owning program reporting infrastructure, including dashboards, weekly status reports, risk logs, and executive briefings.

Nice to have

• Experience with macOS tools (Keynote, Pages, etc) and enterprise program management tools (e.g. Wrike, Jira, Smartsheet) within IS&T delivery models.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, PIPL, and CCPA, and their operational and systems implications.

Pay

$140,700 and $211,400 (base salary range)
