- Conduct on-site store reviews at least twice per month and address facilities experience issues with store and regional partners.
- Manage vendors, contractors, maintenance services, and emergency response; oversee projects, commissioning, and store turnover.
- Create and manage OpEx and CapEx budgets, forecasting, bidding, and contract negotiations.
