About the job
Design, verify, integrate, and validate transistor-level analog and mixed-signal IC blocks for Apple Silicon across different technology nodes.
What you'll do
- Conduct feasibility studies, design circuit blocks, and document simulations and verification for design reviews.
- Drive mask design and layout reviews, then run post-layout and top-level simulations to verify integration.
- Develop production and bench test plans, take lab measurements, and review yield and lab results to address bugs.
What they ask for
- BS degree and strong device physics knowledge as applied to analog IC design.
- Track record delivering silicon IPs with architecture, design, verification, and validation experience.
- Experience with analog/mixed-signal circuits and top-level verification using block schematics and behavioral models.
- Experience in C/Matlab/VerilogA/Python modeling and hands-on use of lab instruments to validate analog designs.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of high-precision techniques under device mismatch and data converter architectures and trade-offs.
- Experience with ESD design, chip integration, ASIC applications, or production test planning and design for testability.
