Designs and verifies transistor-level layouts for RF and analog circuit blocks used in next-generation wireless SoCs, supporting production in advanced CMOS technology nodes.
What you'll do
- Create detailed layouts for RF and analog circuit blocks and complete verification, including extraction, DRC, LVS, and DFM checks.
- Collaborate with designers on block-level floorplanning.
- Review layouts for power and ground routing, electromigration, signal paths, matching, and coupling.
