Bachelor’s degree.

About the job

Develop and productize RF CMOS wireless radios by translating system specifications into block requirements, modeling analog impairments, and validating design performance.

What you'll do

  • Translate chip- or transceiver-level specifications into block-level specifications and model analog impairments affecting transceiver performance.
  • Collaborate with design engineers on bottom-up modeling to ensure blocks meet system requirements; oversee test, characterization, and debugging through productization.
  • Work with the technology team to understand process-node capabilities and limits for optimizing performance.

What they ask for

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • RF/analog and mixed-signal design experience in RF CMOS design.
  • Experience with MATLAB, python, SystemVue, or other system-level modeling.

Nice to have

  • Modeling RF/analog circuits and writing block-level specifications; direct tape-out experience with RF or baseband analog blocks in deep sub-micron CMOS.
  • Knowledge of RF transceiver architectures and analog design concepts, CMOS device physics and RF modeling, silicon characterization, or Bluetooth, WiFi, and Ultra-Wideband standards.

Pay

$129,300 and $225,300 (base salary)

Tools
