Senior Engineering Manager, Agentic AI & Intelligent Reasoning

What you'll do

• Set technical strategy and roadmap for the agentic AI answer and knowledge platform.
• Lead development of agents for reasoning, planning, retrieval, knowledge synthesis, and personalized responses while preserving privacy.
• Build and mentor engineering leaders and teams, and oversee evaluation, safety, and quality improvement systems.

What they ask for

• MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience leading engineering organizations delivering large-scale AI, machine learning, or distributed systems in production.
• Track record delivering complex AI platforms from research through production at large scale.
• Strong experience in large language models, conversational AI, intelligent agents, reasoning systems, or advanced machine learning platforms.

Nice to have

• Expertise in agentic AI architectures, reasoning, planning, tool use, memory, multi-agent systems, and orchestration.
• Experience with RAG, long-context reasoning, RLHF/RLAIF, evaluation systems, or translating AI research into consumer products.

Pay

$254,400 and $381,600 USD base salary; $267,800 and $401,700 USD base salary
