Senior Engineering Program Manager, On-Device ML

What you'll do

• Drive complex software platform and end-to-end on-device ML feature development across Apple teams.
• Translate business and internal-user needs into technical roadmaps and feature priorities.
• Use data and metrics to guide recommendations, prioritization, and delivery.

What they ask for

• 6+ years leading cross-functional teams in product, project, or program development.
• BS/MS in EE/CS/CE or a related technical field.
• Track record delivering large-scale engineering products or platforms involving machine learning, data processing, and data analytics tools at Internet scale.
• Ability to engage business partners, translate needs into technical roadmaps, and communicate and partner effectively with executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Prior program management or engineering experience in Machine Learning training or inference technologies.
• Experience using objectives and key results to drive product outcomes.

Pay

$144,600 and $263,800 (base salary)
