Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Automation for Translation and Multilingual Intelligence

What you'll do

• Build and optimize ML automation pipelines for distributed data processing, model training, and inference.
• Develop production-quality models and ML CI/CD pipelines at scale.
• Work with software engineers and QE to integrate ML models into production systems.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of experience in ML lifecycle, model management, data processing, large distributed systems, and cloud computing.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML infrastructure tools such as vLLM, SGLang, TRT-llm, Slime, or Megatron-LM.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning, evaluation, experiment tracking, pipeline building, and deployment.
• Experience with LLMs or neural machine translation; knowledge of NLP, MT, ASR, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or transformer architectures.

Pay

$150,400 to $277,600 USD base salary
