Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Evaluation, Agentic Search Capabilities

What you'll do

• Build scalable, automated end-to-end evaluation systems for models and search-powered systems.
• Develop data generation, curation, and quality assessment methods, plus online and offline quality metrics.
• Collaborate with partner teams and set the technical vision and roadmap for personal search quality.

What they ask for

• 6+ years industry experience building Machine Learning or ML evaluation systems at scale.
• Strong software engineering skills in mainstream programming languages, such as Python, C/C++.
• Ability to quickly prototype ideas and solutions, and perform critical analysis; strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience building production ML systems in search, NLP, recommendation systems, or information retrieval; experience with data collection, generation, or quality assessment.
• Strong skills in quality metrics, evaluation interpretation, and presenting to executive audiences; advanced degree or equivalent industry work experience.

Pay

$184,700 and $324,800 USD base salary
