What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of Data Operations Engineers; set goals and manage hiring and onboarding.
- Set strategy and roadmaps for data collection and user study operations, and oversee large-scale domestic and international studies.
- Coordinate across hardware, software, infrastructure, and algorithm teams; oversee pre-release platform readiness and operational processes.
