Senior Manager, ESCI Data Engineering

What you'll do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap, balancing priorities and resources across a portfolio of ESCI data systems.
• Lead and develop a distributed, cross-functional Product and Engineering organization, coordinating with partners across Apple.
• Guide delivery and modernization of applications and data systems that support supplier, environmental, reporting, and audit needs.

What they ask for

• Proven track record in change management.
• 10+ years managing software engineering or product teams and 5+ years leading a combined Product and Engineering organization with cross-functional ownership across Product Management, Design, and Engineering.
• Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and platform/infrastructure concepts; experience delivering product vision across multiple applications and translating ambiguous business and regulatory needs into product solutions.
• Experience with senior cross-functional stakeholders, auditing systems and data integrity/traceability requirements, and managing distributed teams; Bachelors degree.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain, supplier responsibility, labor and human rights, social impact data and systems, manufacturing, or environmental systems.
• Experience with third-party audit, assurance, or certification processes; AI agent development; or international teams.

Pay

USD $267,800 and $401,700 base salary range
