Senior Manager, WW Ops BPR Supply and Demand Management

What you'll do

• Set strategic priorities and manage multi-year capability roadmaps and project execution across Supply and Demand Planning.
• Oversee business cases, ROI, funding, CapEx budgets, resources, schedules, change management, rollout, and post-implementation reviews.
• Lead and develop teams while partnering with senior leaders, operations functions, and technical teams to deliver planning solutions.

What they ask for

• BA/BS Degree plus 10-15+ years relevant experience in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience, including a minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience responsible for global supply chain transformation.
• Deep expertise in Finished Goods Supply and Demand Planning, Logistics Planning, and corresponding systems and processes.
• Experience defining and managing multi-year technical capability roadmaps across complex global operations.

Nice to have

• MS/MBA in supply chain, engineering or related field.
• Experience in high-tech / consumer electronics industries is preferred.

Pay

$225,900 and $339,500 (base salary)
