Senior Product Designer (UI/UX & AI Systems)

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end design across carbon/material lifecycle systems, vendor-facing manufacturing tools, and generative AI productivity tools.
• Research specialized users’ needs and design data-intensive workflows and human-AI interactions that support trust, transparency, and oversight.
• Partner closely with engineering on implementation, system consistency, and code-adjacent work; use AI-assisted tools to accelerate design and prototyping.

What they ask for

• 8–10+ years of product design (UI/UX) experience shipping complex, data-dense software tools, web platforms, and operational systems.
• Demonstrated experience designing for AI/ML-driven features and systems, including probability, confidence scores, recommendations, and conversational or agentic interfaces.
• Hands-on experience using AI in the design workflow for research synthesis, prototyping, and production-ready handoffs.
• Fluency with front-end architectures and component libraries, engineering collaboration, Git workflows, and pull requests; mastery of modern design and prototyping tools.

Nice to have

• Experience modernizing legacy software into intelligent platforms or building design systems for multi-team or external vendor ecosystems.
• Exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, environmental or sustainability modeling, carbon accounting, LCA, or materials science; raw-data analysis or strong brand/visual craft is also a plus.

$184,700 and $277,600 (base salary)
