What you'll do
- Own end-to-end O2C, including order intake, invoicing, credit management, cash application, collections, and credits and adjustments.
- Standardize and document workflows, define billing-tool requirements, and drive automation as processes mature.
- Partner with Finance and other teams on close, audit readiness, geographic expansion, and commercially workable billing terms.
